What an entertaining end to a very fun miniseries. I won’t leave any spoilers here, but I did enjoyed this iteration of Red Sonja over Dynamite’s main title series. For the main Sonja series, I don’t dislike it, but the story has completely gone off the rails. I just hope the team on the Savage Red Sonja series gets to do a sequel.
I’m giving this issue four out of five stars. As a series in general, it’s a five out of five star contender. Will the next release of Red Sonja: Empire of the Damned be able to top “Savage Red Sonja”? Let’s hope so, as the fans deserve as much.
